The duration of an engagement with Huff Leadership Solutions varies depending on the goals of the client. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term engagements.

How much does your coaching services cost?

Basic coaching services are treated as a monthly subscription cost of $1000 per month. Each month, members are eligible for 2 coaching sessions.

The first month of service can be prorated.

Payment is due on the first of the month. You can cancel your membership at any time. However, there are no refunds for unused monthly sessions.

How much does a Hogan Leadership Experience cost?

The Hogan Leadership Experience costs $1495 and includes various reports from the Hogan Leadership series with a one-hour feedback session and a one-hour coaching session.

How much does a 360 Degree assessment cost?

A 360 assessment is paired with a one-hour feedback session and a one-hour coaching session. The total price of the package is $1500.

What packages do you offer?

1:1 Executive Coaching Package

14 sessions over 6–9 months (biweekly), virtual or hybrid.
Includes: Intake, professional assessment of your choice, development plan, midpoint recalibration, and final impact review.
Price: $7,500

Retainer / Advisory

Monthly leadership advisory (2–4 hours), talent system design, succession planning guidance.
Pricing: $2.5–6k/month.
